Due to pressures that late cancellations & no shows cause we now take deposits for all appointments excluding consultations. We hope that you will continue to understand why we do this & have done since 2020.
The deposit amount varies depending on your service.
Deposits are needed to be paid at least 7 days before you appointment. If we don't receive your deposit within this time frame we will assume you no longer need your appointment & it will be released.
We can take deposits over the phone or in salon.
Deposits are only refundable if we receive more than 48hrs notice of any changes or cancellations.
If we are given less than 48hr notice your deposit will be lost and a new deposit would be required before booking your next appointment.
Regular client? If it works easier for you your welcome to keep your deposit on your account & roll it over to you next one to save calling us.
